### Refund & Cancellation Policy Please be advised that due to the nature of our subscription box and the advance production and preparation required, **all Restore Box purchases are final and non-refundable.** While refunds are not available, you may **cancel your subscription at any time** to prevent future charges and shipments. Cancellations must be made **before the next billing date** to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Restore Box Shipping Schedule All Restore Boxes will be mailed out on the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, boxes will be shipped on the following business day. Once your box has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Please allow additional time for your box to arrive based on the carrier’s delivery schedule.
